In this stage, there are two things that you should be doing simultaneously.

1. Continuing the process above using the services and tools you’ve acquired. You want to continue to build your passive income to the point that it exceeds your monthly expenses. You want to over-shoot your expenses because you want to put some money in the bank for reserves, some for investing, and you also want to begin the second activity.
2. Begin paying off your debts, thus lowering your monthly expenses. Remember, you should look at your wealth in terms of time rather than dollars. The time is how long you can cover your monthly expenses without having to work. The lower your monthly expenses, the longer your reserves will last. Plus, the greater the difference between your monthly passive income and your total living expenses, the faster you can build your wealth and the more money you’ll have for investing and further building your wealth. Ideally, you should go for being totally debt-free. That’s when you can really have a strong feeling of financial security – when you own everything outright, free and clear.

During the time that you close the gap between your passive income and your expenses, you want to be careful NOT to incur further debt. This jeopardizes your freedom. If you want something, don’t take your money and go buy it. Create the additional passive income to pay for it! This in essence is how to have everything for free in life – when you have someone (or something like your assets that you create) pay for them.

Change your attitude about paying for things with your money.

Instead of being willing to spend your money for the things you want, get in the mindset to create cashflows to pay for those things. Have the patience to wait to get them long enough to create the cashflow.

You now have the method to do this, which means that you really never have to spend YOUR money on anything ever again if you manage it properly.

Don’t think you could wait for 30 to 60 days to get something like a new car?

Do you think you could have the patience for a new car if someone were to tell you that you could have it for free if you would simply wait for 30-60 days? That “free” would be you going and taking that time to create another income stream that would pay for the car. If your asset is paying for the car then you don’t have to!

The main thing is to protect your money and have your assets buy all your liabilities.

The ironic thing is that we already had this concept down when we were kids. Mom and Dad paid for everything. If we could get someone else to do our chores for us, we’d jump on it.

As we grew up, we were told that we had to do everything ourselves, be self-sufficient and independent. Don’t get help from others (that would be cheating). Get a good education, get a good job and save your money for a rainy day.

The means for you to live like a kid again are in your hands.

Manage your money and keep your outflows within your inflows of cash. When you want anything extra, just increase your incoming cashflows to pay for it.

The means of accomplishing what he teaches just weren’t yet in existence and readily available to everyone regardless of their circumstances like they are today. BUT THEY ARE NOW.

In your hands now, you have a plan of action to realize what you’ve wanted all along – a realistic and complete plan how you can escape the rat race permanently.

Time and money seem to be the two things we really want most, yet live lives that are short on either or both of them. Now you can have both.

There will be a certain number of people that drop off, so you’ll want to make sure that you are adding more clients each month than drop out. This will ensure that your income grows and does not decline as time goes by.

This is the other reason that they system was created the way it was. Once you’ve got the 5-Step system down, it will only take you about an hour to have the whole process underway and you’re done.

All you will need to do is once a month, or maybe twice, take an hour to go through the five steps. That’s it! The neat thing about this system is that it will allow you to give yourself a raise anytime you want!

1. You can use the system as it is and reach your goal without having to learn or do anything additional.
2. If you would like to make your new asset even more productive, you can add specific components to the process to make it more effective and your efforts more profitable. These components are the more commonplace pieces to the standard internet business.

Ramping Things Up

1. Register a domain name. I usually go to GoDaddy.com or Name.com.
2. Have two free products created, such as short reports, audios, videos, etc. related to the issues that your prospects face. Use Freelancer.com or one of the other freelance sites.
3. Make sure that you have a good looking cover for your freebie! This makes a huge difference in the perceived value of it.

4. If you don’t already have an autoresponder system, sign up for one now, such as at Aweber.com or GetResponse.com .
5. Put up a squeeze page at your new domain. Offer one of the freebies to visitors to entice them to give you their name and email address so that you can begin building your own list.

   The added benefit to doing this now you can have the resource box in your article offer them the freebie that you’ve got for them. I’ve always seen improved click-through rates by using the freebie offer.

   Have the squeeze page direct them to your blog page (sales page). If you don’t know how to create a squeeze page, then you can try The Ultimate Squeeze Page Offer. I haven’t used it before myself, but I have colleagues that speak rather highly of it.

   You will want to have your articles direct people to your squeeze page now, instead of directly to your sales page (blog).

6. Alternate option: You can take advantage of the circumstances and pick up some free referrals. Have the squeeze page direct them to a Tell-A-Friend page where they can get another freebie by telling their friends about the great first one they just got.

   On this page is where you offer them the second freebie as an enticement to tell their friends. You can pick up some easy subscribers and clients this way, so if you are inclined, then definitely do this one.

7. Create a few emails to load into your autoresponder that remind the reader of the potential risks of ignoring their problem and that promote the benefits of the service you recommend. This will increase your conversion rate by 2-5 times if done properly.
8. Choose other merchants that might be appropriate to present to your prospect. Create emails that will direct them to related blog (sales) pages that you have set up.

By taking these additional steps, you will be building a customer list that you can come to whenever you want to promote additional services at a later time.

Making use of an autoresponder for multiple exposure to the visitors you do get also greatly helps increase your conversion rates, plus allows you to promote additional services to your visitors.

Once you’ve built the rig, here is how to use it in a manner that only takes a hour or two a month to grow your passive income at high-speed. You’ll also use it to maintain your income or give yourself a raise anytime you choose!

The Income Building Phase

During this phase, you want to reinvest your income to create even more income, but using the resources to leverage your time and results.

Each month, you’ll want to use a 50/50 balance (dollar-wise) between the unique articles and mass-distribution of single articles. This process is going to get you massive exposure for your articles and thousands of backlinks to your blog page.

You’ll also want to post an article to your blog regularly. Takes about two minutes to log in, copy and paste and log out.

When your available working capital is greater, simply increase the number of articles. You’ll get your articles in front of a massive number of people plus pick up thousands of one-way backlinks.

The Maintenance Phase – once your income goals have been reached.

Once a month or maybe even once a quarter, you’ll want to repeat the entire process. This will keep your income at the desired level and growing, with a minimum of time required by you.

Right now you should get out your calendar and begin putting dates and deadlines to your activities. This includes:
